How to name a star

1. Add this item to the shopping basket and during the checkout process you will be presented with your personalisation form
2. You will be asked what you would like to name the star. Examples are: 'The John Doe Star', 'Doey's Star, 'I love Doey Star'....hopefully you get the idea :)
3. You will need to assign a date of star registration. E.g. birthday, christening date, valentines day etc. It can be any date in the past or future. Enter it in the format DD/MM/YYYY
4. You will need to enter who is the star named in honour of. This is who the star is for, often this is the same as what you name the star
