Whilst not all items are sent on a signed for service, it is highly advisable that wherever possible you provide a delivery address where someone can physically receive and/or sign for the parcel such as a work address. This will greatly assist in the arrival of your item and significantly reduce the chances of the item becoming lost
Delivery times
We aim to despatch all items within 1 working day of receipt, unless expressly mentioned otherwise against the products description.
Unless express delivery is selected at the checkout page items are sent Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class post and you should allow between 3 - 5 working days for delivery.
Any items ordered with express delivery will be delivered within 2 FULL working days, providing order is placed before 3pm (otherwise allow extra day)
Overseas orders are all shipped using Royal Mail International Recorded service. You should allow up to 7 - 10 working days for delivery to allow for customs clearance.
Delivery Charges
Items sent standard delivery within the UK and N. Ireland are charged at £3.99 OR £4.99 (unless otherwise stated)
Items sent express delivery within the UK and N. Ireland are charged at £9.99
Items sent International recorded delivery outside of the UK and N. Ireland are charged at £9.99
We accept no responsibility where orders arrive late due to factors outside of our control, i.e. adverse weather, strikes, unoccupied premises, incorrect address details, courier delays
